MASSAGE (Mobile — I Come to You)

Each session is thoughtfully customized to meet your body’s unique needs—whether you're managing pain, recovering from an injury, or carrying the load of a demanding week. All services are delivered in the comfort of your home, allowing for deeper relaxation and more effective results.

Using an integrative, results-driven approach, I combine deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to:

• Release areas of tension and restriction
• Support soft tissue recovery and injury prevention
• Improve circulation, mobility, and range of motion
• Downregulate the nervous system and reduce stress

If you're looking for more focused, therapeutic work, sessions can be adjusted in pressure and technique to match your goals and tolerance.
 

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (VODDER)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized, clinically-informed technique that uses gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate the lymphatic system and support the body’s natural detoxification and fluid regulation processes.

This is not a deep tissue massage—MLD works just beneath the skin to encourage the movement of lymph fluid, making it highly effective for both therapeutic and recovery-based care.

MLD may be especially beneficial for:

• Swelling and fluid retention (edema)
• Post-surgical recovery (including cosmetic procedures)
• Lymphatic congestion and sluggish circulation
• Chronic inflammation
• Immune system support
• Sinus congestion and facial puffiness

Important: At this time, services are limited to clients with an intact, fully functioning lymphatic system. I do not currently work with clients who have had lymph nodes removed, irradiated, or otherwise compromised.

As a mobile service, MLD is performed in a calm, comfortable environment—ideal for clients who need low-stimulation, restorative care. Sessions are tailored to your condition and goals, whether you're seeking targeted lymphatic work or integrating MLD into a broader treatment plan.
