Of Samoan descent, born in Hawaii and raised in New Zealand I am the sum total of my ancestors, my family and friends and the diverse experiences of my life! And all of that richness and diversity shows up in the way I approach massage: with presence, purpose, and heart.
Growing up I had the opportunity to massage my mother and father, and as my 30th revolution around the sun was drawing near, I thought, 'Wouldn't it be great to know what I'm actually doing??!?' That question led me to the Hawaii Healing Arts College—and the rest, as they say, is history.
Initially licensed in the (fake) state of Hawaii in 2013, I currently hold licenses in both Alabama and Georgia. Over the years massage therapy has become more than a profession - it's my craft and my way of supporting others on their healing journeys.
I believe that we are all born with the innate ability for healing, and it's my honor to facilitate that process - whether it’s for relief, restoration, or simply a moment of peace in your week. Each session is tailored using a variety of deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, breathwork and relaxation techniques.
Outside of the treatment room, I find joy in time with my partner, our pups, family, and friends. I also love using my hands to build and create a great many things.
I look forward to meeting you and being part of your wellness journey!
